There is “top professional” and there is “motivation” two separate things, put them together and you have an excellent business. When you have a wealth of knowledge and all the sources and resources needed and the motivation (your success is directly tied into a good customer outcome, a happy customer) you have a winning combination. I recently bought an eleventh generation Thunderbird from Mirror Image and I had a great experience with an excellent outcome. I had been in the market for a fun, cool convertible since I recently sold my previous convertible, (wanted something bigger) looking at various online sources there were a couple of T Birds near by with little issues. None the least of which was the “for sale by owner” issue of the seller trying to find a good market value when pricing out their car and of course there were other T birds 4 to 10 or more hours drive out, it is a process sometimes. Then I found an ad for Mirror Image with a 2002 T Bird with low miles and the Carfax showed no issues 1 owner. Drove up from Panama City, to find a very well taken care of car, priced right and I was done. Matt and Kevin made the process seamless and easy and I am rolling down the street in style and comfort.

I can appreciate a small business owner who goes the extra mile to find you “the one”. Plus, the guy I spoke to is retired military and his business partner had something like 10+ years as a lead sales rep at Ferrari before starting this business. They seem to know cars, and it’s nice to work with seasoned pros rather than some “influencer” kid with a fleet of salvage title exotics.
